This isn’t your typical desk job. As a roving leader, you’ll travel across our network of care facilities, stepping in where you’re needed most. You’ll lead clinical teams, drive quality improvements, and complete meaningful projects that shape the future of aged care.
Hours of work: Full-time position with flexibility – choose between 30 or 40 hours per week to suit your lifestyle.
What you'll be doing
You will take on assignments that make a lasting difference:
Lead Transitions: Assist with clinical leadership changes to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of care.
Leave Coverage: Step in to cover Clinical Nurse Manager roles during periods of leave, ensuring seamless operations.
Coach and Mentor: Support and guide less experienced Clinical Nurse Managers to build confidence and capability.
Audit Expertise: Help facilities prepare for audits, complete internal audits, and maintain system integrity.
Quality Assurance: Guarantee compliance with clinical standards and best practices across all sites.
Continuous Improvement: When not providing on-site support, lead projects focused on enhancing clinical outcomes and driving innovation.
