Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your career? Radius Care is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead clinical services and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in aged care by providing leadership, guidance, and support to our nursing team.

As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for clinical leadership and management within the facility, working closely with the Facility Manager to ensure compliance, quality care, and a person-centered approach. You will mentor and support nursing staff, maintain audit readiness, and foster a positive team culture.

What you'll be doing

• Provide clinical leadership and ensure best practice standards are consistently delivered.

• Manage and support nursing staff through education, mentoring, and performance reviews.

• Ensure quality and compliance with Health & Disability Sector Standards and Radius policies.

• Prepare for and support internal and external audits to maintain certification standards.

• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external health professionals.

• Oversee health and safety practices, ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years previous aged care experience preferred

• Nursing Degree

• Experience in clinical or management in a continuing care hospital facility

• Management and administration skills

• People skills, with empathy for the elderly and their families

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
