About the role:
You will take on assignments that make a lasting difference:
Lead Transitions: Support facilities through leadership changes, ensuring smooth handovers and continuity of care and operations.
Management Leave Coverage: Step into Care Home Manager roles during periods of leave to maintain strong leadership and operational stability.
Coach and Mentor: Support and develop less experienced Care Home Managers and leadership teams, helping build capability and confidence.
Drive Performance: Assist facilities to achieve occupancy, workforce, financial, quality, and resident satisfaction goals.
Audit and Compliance Support: Help homes prepare for audits, maintain compliance, and implement best-practice systems and processes.
Quality and Operational Excellence: Ensure high standards of care, service delivery, health and safety, and regulatory compliance across all sites.
Continuous Improvement: Lead projects and initiatives focused on enhancing resident outcomes, workforce effectiveness, operational performance, and innovation when and as required.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience as a Care Home Manager, Facility Manager, Village Manager, Operations Manager or similar senior leadership role.
Strong leadership, people management, and operational management skills.
Experience in aged care.
Someone who thrives in changing environments and can quickly build relationships and credibility.
A confident problem-solver who enjoys challenges and delivering results.
Willingness to travel throughout New Zealand.
A Registered Nurse qualification is advantageous but not essential
Staff management experience, including the management of rosters
Why Join Us?
Variety and Flexibility: Work across different locations and gain exposure to diverse teams and challenges.
Professional Growth: Expand your leadership and management experience across multiple care homes.
Supportive Culture: Be part of a collaborative organisation that values innovation, excellence, and teamwork.
Access to discounts and benefits through our Staff App.
