Location: Radius Support Office, Level 4, 56 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland
Hours of work: 12 months fixed term, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the role:
Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with a passion for accuracy, reconciliation, and making a difference in the aged care sector? Radius Care is seeking a dedicated Account Manager – Receivables to join our Support Office team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex reconciliation challenges and is ready to help us clear a backlog while supporting our care homes and residents with compassion and professionalism. Key Focus Areas:
- Lead the reconciliation of resident accounts and aged trial balances.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies across multiple billing streams.
- Provide detailed account reconciliations and support internal/external audits
Other Responsibilities:
- Support general AR functions including billing, payment monitoring, and reporting. • Assist the Credit Controller with administrative tasks such as mail merges and document preparation.
- Managing the AR ledger for allocated care homes.
- Partnering with facility teams, residents, and families to ensure billing accuracy
- Processing admissions, changes, and billing adjustments.
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- 3+ years’ experience in accounts receivable or similar roles.
- Strong reconciliation, attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting systems.
- Excellent communication and empathy, especially when working with elderly residents and their families.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
