HR Coordinator - Radius Home Care
Support HR functions, with primary focus on recruitment, onboarding, training allocation, and managing variations and change requisitions.

Location: Radius Support Office, Level 4, 56 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland
Hours of work: Initially 30 hours per week Monday to Friday (may need to provide some on-call support over weekends)

About the role:
Support various HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, onboarding, training allocation, and managing variations and change requisitions. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and contribute to the overall success of the Home Care service.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR administration, including maintaining employee records, managing employment variations, and ensuring administration complies with Radius Care policies and employment legislation
- Recruitment & onboarding, including posting job ads, interviewing and screening candidates, orientation, coordinating compulsory staff training
- Relationship management, including checking in with clients & staff, being point of contact for Home Care staff queries, managing client and staff feedback and surveys
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- At least one year of HR Coordination experience
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- HR qualification or similar is highly desirable
