Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the role:

This is a challenging and busy role, preparing and maintaining the operational rosters in accordance with acuity and clinical staffing ratios, supporting the employment process, as well as orientation and education of new staff.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Efficient rostering administration to ensure day to day rescheduling to ensure safe staffing levels are maintained

• Effective use of available staff, including minimisation of bureau use

• Review and authorise shifts in conjunction with the facility manager
