Location: Radius Support Office, 56 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland
Hours of work: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a Recruitment & Workforce Advisor to join a values‑driven healthcare organization committed to delivering exceptional care through exceptional people. This is a hands‑on, advisory role where your expertise will directly influence hiring quality, workforce sustainability, and leadership capability across our care homes and support office.
What you'll be doing
Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce challenges, role requirements, and future demand
Coaching leaders on best‑practice, competency‑based hiring and selection decisions
Supporting workforce planning through report and data insights
Developing and refining job descriptions and competency‑based interview guides
Providing market intelligence on candidate availability, sourcing strategies, and role positioning
Supporting high‑priority or hard‑to‑fill roles with proactive sourcing approaches
Contributing to recruitment and talent capability‑building initiatives across the organization
Working with external agencies where specialist or urgent hiring is required
Leading end‑to‑end recruitment for a mix of clinical and corporate roles
Support the coordination of recruitment activities such as advertising, employment contract sending and onboarding where required

What we're looking for:
3+ years’ experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong capability in competency‑based and behavioural interviewing
Confidence partnering with leaders and influencing hiring decisions
A data‑driven mindset with solid Excel and reporting capability
Experience in healthcare, aged care, or a regulated environment (highly regarded)
A collaborative, professional style with a strong focus on candidate experience
