Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives on partnering with leaders, shaping workforce strategy, and delivering recruitment that truly makes a difference?

What you'll be doing

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce challenges, role requirements, and future demand

• Coaching leaders on best‑practice, competency‑based hiring and selection decisions

• Supporting workforce planning through report and data insights

• Developing and refining job descriptions and competency‑based interview guides

• Providing market intelligence on candidate availability, sourcing strategies, and role positioning

• Supporting high‑priority or hard‑to‑fill roles with proactive sourcing approaches

• Contributing to recruitment and talent capability‑building initiatives across the organization

• Working with external agencies where specialist or urgent hiring is required

• Leading end‑to‑end recruitment for a mix of clinical and corporate roles

• Support the coordination of recruitment activities such as advertising, employment contract sending and onboarding where required

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition

• Strong capability in competency‑based and behavioural interviewing

• Confidence partnering with leaders and influencing hiring decisions

• A data‑driven mindset with solid Excel and reporting capability

• Experience in healthcare, aged care, or a regulated environment (highly regarded)

• A collaborative, professional style with a strong focus on candidate experience
