About the role:
We’re looking for a People Administrator/Coordinator to join our People & Culture team at Radius Care. This role provides an efficient, professional HR service while maintaining high-quality employee documentation and records.
You’ll work closely with managers across the business, supporting day-to-day HR administration and assisting the Employment team by responding to HR-related queries and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

Location: Radius Support Office, Level 4, 56 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30 to 5pm, flexible)
Note: Radius Care cannot support work visas/visa changes for this role
Some duties include but not limited to:
Manage the HR/employment inbox and respond to queries
Prepare employment variations and documentation
Liaise with Payroll regarding employment changes
Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, personal details, documentation)
Conduct regular audits of HR systems and records
Provide timely, practical HR and payroll-related advice to managers and employees
Support the offboarding process
Assist with reporting, including analysing trends (e.g. exit interviews)
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes
Provide general administration support to the wider People team as required
To be successful in this role you will need:
Previous HR administration/coordinator experience is advantageous, but not essential
Alternatively, a recent HR graduate with strong administration experience and a desire to build a career in HR
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
Adaptable, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
Knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation is beneficial
Experience with HR systems (HRIS/payroll) and immigration processes is an advantage
