Graphic Designer - Part Time
Provide design support across Radius' brands, from signage and event materials, to internal communications, digital content, and corporate publications.

Location: Radius Support Office, Level 4, 56 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland
Hours of work: 10 hours per week, working remotely, with planned training and on-site meetings when required.
Note: Candidates must be living in New Zealand and be prepared to travel to Auckland when required. Radius Care cannot support work visas/visa changes for this role.
About the role:
The Graphic Designer provides design support across Radius' brands, ensuring all visual and printed communications are professional, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines. The role covers a broad range of collateral, from signage and event materials through to internal communications, digital content, and corporate publications, and requires sound design judgement together with basic copywriting and proofreading ability.

Some duties include:
Design and produce signage, flyers, brochures, and event collateral across Radius' brands.
Develop and maintain templates for internal communications and social media content.
Create design content and formatting support for NZX documents and presentations.
Design care home newsletters and support production of the CEO Newsletter.
Provide design support for the Knowledge Base and Radius Insider.
Produce design collateral for conferences and care home events, including menus.
Support layout and design of Orbiter magazine.
Provide basic copywriting support for design collateral, ensuring content is clear and on-brand.
Proofread content for grammar, spelling, and consistency prior to publication or print.
Work with content owners to refine messaging so it reads well within the design layout.
To be successful in this role you'll need:
Minimum 3–4 years' graphic design experience, ideally including corporate or multi-brand design work.
Experience producing both print and digital collateral.
Experience with newsletter, magazine, or publication layout preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
